Terms and Conditions
The agreement for using this website, buying from our store and using our software.
Last updated: October 12, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Xtreme Software Solutions (“we”, “us”) for the use of XSSIT, our store and the software and products we offer through it. By using the site, creating an account or placing an order you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy and our Community rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. Your account
You need an account to buy, to manage licences and to download software. Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
You choose a username when you create the account. It is shown with what you publish, belongs to you alone and must not imitate another person, a company or our team.
Keep your password and any two-factor codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
Creating an account records the date on which you agreed to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community rules.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the Community rules, or is used for fraud or abuse. Where what was done is serious, we may do so at once and without notice.
2. Orders, prices and payment
Prices are shown in the store’s currency. Taxes and shipping, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a price or description was plainly wrong, an item is out of stock or the payment cannot be verified; anything already paid is then refunded.
Payments are taken by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal, under their own terms. We never see your full card details.
We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect an order that has already been confirmed.
3. Software licences
Software is licensed, not sold. When you buy or obtain a licence we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the software within the limits of the edition you chose.
Devices: a licence covers the number of devices stated for its edition at the same time. If you activate one more device than that, the device that has been inactive the longest is deactivated so the new one can take its place. You can free a device yourself from your account.
Checks: the software contacts our licensing service to activate and to confirm that the licence is still valid, and keeps working for a limited period when it cannot connect.
Editions and modules: what a licence includes is described on the product page at the time of purchase. Add-on modules extend the licence they are bought for.
Free editions: where an edition is offered free of charge for a particular kind of user, for example individuals, it may be used only by that kind of user.
Updates: a licence includes the updates stated for its edition. We may release new versions, change features or end support for old versions.
You may not share, resell, rent or sublicense a licence key, remove or work around the licensing checks, or reverse engineer the software, except where the law gives you that right regardless of these terms. We may suspend or revoke a licence that is used in breach of these terms or obtained through a payment that is later reversed.
4. Subscriptions
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price then in force, until it is cancelled.
You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the licence stays active until the end of the period already paid.
If a renewal payment fails we may retry it, and the licence may be suspended until payment is made.
5. Products that are shipped
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or packaging can occur.
Stock is reserved when you place an order. If an item turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund it.
The shipping methods, costs and the countries we deliver to are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates given by the carrier.
Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave. Check your address carefully: we cannot always redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
Import duties and taxes charged by your country, if any, are your responsibility unless checkout says otherwise.
6. Returns, refunds and cancellations
The returns and refund conditions that apply to a purchase are the ones shown on the product page and at checkout when you buy. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, including any right to cancel an order or to a remedy for a faulty product. To ask about a return or a refund, contact us with your order number.
7. Affiliate products and sponsored places
Some products in our shop are sold by other stores and are clearly marked as affiliate products. We do not sell them: selecting the button takes you to the other store, and your purchase is a contract between you and that store. Its price, availability, delivery, returns, warranty and customer service are that store’s, and the price may differ from what you saw earlier. We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the products, content or practices of those stores.
A card marked “Sponsored” beside an article is paid for by the company it names. It is advertising, not our recommendation, and the site it leads to is that company’s own.
8. Acceptable use
When you use the site or our software you agree not to:
break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
try to gain access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
interfere with the service, overload it or get around its security or rate limits;
copy or collect content from the site by automated means without our permission;
post reviews, comments or other content that is false, abusive, unlawful or advertising, or that you have no right to publish.
We may remove content and restrict access when these rules are broken.
9. Reviews, comments and what you send us
You keep the rights to what you write. By publishing a review or a comment you allow us to show it on the site, with your display name, for as long as the page it belongs to is published. What you publish must follow the Community rules, and may be held for approval before it appears.
Moderators may hide or remove what breaks those rules, and may pause an account’s right to comment, vote and review for a time or until further notice. Where what was done is serious, this can happen at once and without notice. If you send us ideas or feedback we may use them without owing you anything.
10. Text message alerts
Text alerts are optional and are sent only to a mobile number you added and confirmed yourself. Your operator’s message and data rates may apply, and how many texts you receive depends on your orders and requests. Reply STOP to end them at any time, and START to receive them again. Delivery depends on your operator and is not guaranteed, so do not rely on a text as your only notice of something important. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying.
11. Emails from us
Messages about your account, your orders, your licences and your support requests are part of the service and are sent for as long as you have an account. News and offers are separate: each one carries a link to stop them, and you can change the choice in your profile.
12. Intellectual property
The site, the software, the documentation and our names, logos and designs belong to Xtreme Software Solutions or to those who license them to us. Apart from the licence granted in section 3, these terms give you no rights over them. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
13. Third-party services and links
The service relies on others, such as payment providers and carriers, and links to sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply to what you do with them, and we are not responsible for them.
14. Availability and changes to the service
We may change, add or withdraw features, and we may take the site offline for maintenance. To protect the service we use automated safeguards that can slow down or block requests that look like an attack or abuse; if you think you were blocked by mistake, tell us. Where a change takes away something you have paid for, section 6 and the rights the law gives you apply.
15. Warranty
We work to keep the site and our software dependable, but we cannot promise that they will always be available, free of errors or suited to a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, they are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in these terms or on the product page. Rights the law gives you that cannot be excluded are not affected.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, revenue, data or business, or for events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service the claim is about. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
17. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service at any time, and close your account from your profile where the site offers it, or ask us to close it. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, such as those on intellectual property and liability, continue after the agreement ends.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will give notice of significant changes. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
19. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where Xtreme Software Solutions is established, without affecting any mandatory protection the law of your own country gives you as a consumer. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
20. Contact
Questions about these terms or about an order? Write to us through the contact form. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
